UNISOURCE SOLVENT BASE ADHESIVES

UNI-098	A fast tacking adhesive, with a long open time designed for spray applications. It is suitable for laminating cut & molded foam to themselves, steel, wood, and many plastics. Good for upholsterers, furniture manufacturers & mattress manufacturers that require long open time.
UNI-099	This a low viscosity version of A0050. Engineered for use with automated spray systems & "cricket" spray systems.
UNI-727	A fast tacking adhesive, with a long open time designed for spray applications. It is suitable for laminating cut & molded foam to themselves, steel, wood, and many plastics.UNI-727 has a higher heat resistance than UNI-098 and higher bond strength. It also dries quicker. Ideal for foam fabricators & mattress manufacturers.
UNI-222	A high strength, spray grade, flammable solvent based, synthetic rubber contact adhesive designed for bonding operations requiring high heat resistance. The adhesive exhibits fast dry time and long open time to facilitate adhesive application and end use operations. Suitable for bonding cloth backed vinyl to enamel, canvas, rubber, rigid and flexible polyurethane foam to itself and to other surfaces including steel, wood and plastic.Yields bonds with exceptional heat and moisture resistance and superior ageing characteristics.
UNI-091	UNI-091 is a high strength, brush grade adhesive designed for industrial bonding applications. This adhesive: 1-Exhibits excellent brush and roller application characteristics. 2-Provides a fast dry time to facilitate assembly time. 3-Is recommended for use where high temperature may present bonding difficulties; especially when the finished product is subject to heat from the sun, heating systems and other sources.
UNI-724	A high strength, spray grade, flammable solvent based, synthetic rubber contact adhesive designed for bonding operations requiring high heat resistance. The adhesive exhibits fast dry time and long open time to facilitate adhesive application and end use operations.Suitable for bonding leather, fabric, vinyl, rubber, rigid and flexible polyurethane foam to itself and to other surfaces including steel, wood and plastic. It is also an excellent adhesive for use in the post forming industry. Yields bonds with exceptional heat and moisture resistance and superior ageing characteristics.
UNI-092	A high strength, spray grade, flammable solvent based, synthetic rubber contact adhesive designed for bonding operations requiring high heat resistance. The adhesive exhibits fast dry time and long open time to facilitate adhesive application and end use operations.This is a premium grade Contact Cement used primarily in the wood working industry for adhering plastic laminate to particle board or plywood. It can also be used in the upholstering and furniture manufacturing industry for foam to fabric applications where there is high stress on the bonded fabric. Solids content = 19%-23%
UNI-725	A high strength, spray grade, flammable solvent based, synthetic rubber contact adhesive designed for bonding operations requiring high heat resistance. The adhesive exhibits fast dry time and long open time to facilitate adhesive application and end use operations.This is a general purpose grade Contact Cement derived from UNI-092. It is also used primarily in the wood working industry for adhering plastic laminate to particle board or plywood. It can also be used in the upholstering and furniture manufacturing industry for foam to fabric applications where there is high stress on the bonded fabric. Solids content = 15%-20%.
UNI-086	UNI-086 is a fast tacking adhesive, with a long open time designed for spray applications. UNI-086 is suitable for laminating most foam to themselves, steel, wood, and many plastics. This adhesive yields bonds with excellent heat resistance and aging characteristics. The resulting bond strength exceeds that of the foam. It is an excellent adhesive for stressed bonds. UNI-086 is the equivalent to UNI-098 in a non-flammable solvent.
UNI-007	This is the newest adhesive added to Adhpro's line of products. With prices soaring and the shortage of certain raw materials, Zytek has begun to look at alternative raw materials that are lower in cost yet yield high quality adhesives. UNI-007 is the first to be mass produced. It is presently being sold primarily in the foam fabricating industry as well as the mattress manufacturing industry. UNI-007 is lower VOC's

UNI-164

Recommanded usage: 2 water for 1 UNI-164:		-engines,heavy machinery, garage floors and dirty workshops, ovens Apply UNI-164 with atomizer, let It sit a few minutes to react, then rince with clean water. Before rincing, If the surface is dirty, use a brush to clean up stains on all surfaces.
Recommanded usage: 4 water for 1 UNI-164:		automotive : white line tires, security belts, vinyl ceilings, vinyl seats, oil or grease stained rugs, garage floors. Apply with atomizer or pressure engine. Use a soft or medium brush according to the surface and the degree of dirtyness, rince well with clean water.
Recommanded usage: 8 water for 1 UNI-164:		-counters, bathrooms, cafeterias Apply with atomizer, then wipe off with a damp cloth or sponge.
Recommanded usage: 15 ml of UNI-164 for 4 liters water:		-walls, floors, offices, waiting rooms. Apply with mop or sponge then rince. -rugs, stuffed furniture Apply with steam machine.
Recommanded usage: 7 ml of UNI-164 for 4 liters water:		-windows Apply with cloth and wipe off with squeegee. Preferable to add a little liquid soap in water to help slide the squeegee.

UNI-186
